Telephone Conversation between Foreign Ministers of Korea and Guatemala

Minister of Foreign Affairs Chung Eui-yong had a telephone conversation with the incoming Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala Mario Adolfo Bucaro Flores on March 8. They exchanged a broad range of views on matters of mutual interest including the bilateral relations, substantive cooperation, and regional affairs.

Korea Expresses its Intention to Increase Contribution to CEPI at Global Pandemic Preparedness Summit

Deputy Minister for Multilateral and Global Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ham Sang-wook attended the “Global Pandemic Preparedness Summit” through a pre-recorded message. The Summit was held in London on 7-8 March and co-hosted by the UK government and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), which has been driving global efforts to develop vaccines for infectious diseases, including COVID-19.
